Terms and Conditions

This is version 2.2 of Terms and Conditions effective 20 November 2023.

1. General clauses

1.1 The following sections explain the Leon casino’s terms which govern the general use of the services found at leon.bet (the “Websites”). For specific game rules please refer to the relevant “Rules” sections on each of the Websites.

1.4 From time to time, certain provisions of these T&Cs may change and will be updated accordingly. A new T&Cs version shall come into force at the time of its publication on our Websites. If you continue playing, this shall be deemed as acceptance by you of the new T&Cs. If you do not agree with the new T&Cs, then you should stop using our services.

1.5 You acknowledge that we provide an entertainment service to you and our liability is limited to the value of the balance on your account.

1.6 By registering the user agrees on receiving important notifications and additional information by e-mail (including newsletters, bonuses and promotions). The user can unsubscribe at any moment from his account settings page.

2. Opening an account

2.1 You are responsible for ensuring that it is legal to participate in online gambling from within your country of residence.

2.2 An up-to-date list of countries in which Leon Bet provides services is provided in the “Country” section of the gaming account registration page. According to our license agreement, we shall not allow registrations from the following countries (“Excluded Territories”): Ukraine, USA, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Autonomous Territory of Kahnawake, Afghanistan, North Korea, Belize, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, China, Hong Kong and Hungary.

Technical, payment and registration verifications will be applied to enforce these exclusions. The amendment emphasizes that persons located in a prohibited jurisdiction are not permitted to use the software and that any attempt to circumvent this restriction (for example – by using a VPN or proxy) is a breach of the EULA (END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT) which may lead to the freezing of such person’s funds.

Technical, payment and registration verifications will be applied to enforce these exclusions. Apart from the aforementioned excluded territories we are unable to accept registrations from countries that are not available in the registration drop down menu and to offer any of our services and products to residents of those countries.

2.3 Gambling under the age of majority is illegal and opening an account with us is prohibited if you are a minor. We carry out routine identity checks for the purpose of age verification. Anyone under the age of majority in their country of residence found to be using the Websites will have their account locked, winnings forfeited and balance withheld.

2.4 You can register only one player account which can be used on all our products. Should we find that you have opened multiple or linked accounts, all but one will be closed. We will investigate the reason for the opening of the extra accounts before deciding how to treat any funds accumulated with us – funds deposited in breach of these T&Cs may be forfeited.

2.5 After registering an account the player has to complete the verification procedure. The player needs to send a scanned copy or a color digital photo of the official document that confirms identity. Such documents could be:

  • National ID card;
  • Passport;
  • Driving license.

2.6 It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your personal or financial details, at registration and thereafter, which may have effect on the use of your player account, such as the change of address, bank or e-wallet account. The responsibility of notifying us lies personally on you. It is vital that you provide us with a valid email address as we will use this during the registration process.

2.7 Any intentional misinformation provided at various stages may be considered a breach of these T&Cs.

2.8 We have the right to refuse to open a player’s account at our sole discretion, but we shall honour contractual obligations already made.

2.9 We have the right to set limits on a player’s deposit and/or withdrawal amounts in accordance with our own internal event risk management policies.

2.10 We reserve the right to close the account of any user by giving an appropriate notice with reasons. Also, access to any of the sections of the site may be blocked for the user. In case of closing the account, the funds in the user’s account are subject to return in the payment system agreed with the user.

2.11 Players are not allowed to register accounts with obscene , indecent or offensive names or alias, any such accounts will be blocked as soon as they are identified.

3. Accessing your account

3.1 When registering the player will be given a unique account number. The player can enter his own personal password using letters and numbers for additional security.

3.2 You need your account number and password to access the Website and make use of our services. It is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of your account data.

3.3 You are recommended to store your details safely or memorize them. We shall not be responsible for the unauthorized use of accounts or any losses that may result from such use.

3.4 Should you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using the password recovery tool on the Websites. Should you have forgotten both your account number and password, please contact customer service for further assistance.

3.5 You may log in only once at a point in time – multiple betting sessions will not be supported by our system; logging in again will close the previous session after asking the player to confirm their intention.

4. Managing payments

4.1 In order to gain full access to our products and services, you must deposit funds into your account. We do not offer credit on your account, nor do we pay interest on your deposit.

4.2 Funds deposited with us must be your own money and obtained legally. Suspicious funds transfers may be reported to the relevant authorities for investigation.

4.3 The currency of your account can be selected during the registration, becoming the currency for all your account transactions. The currencies supported include NZD, USD, EUR, RUB, KZT, UAH, UZS, BYN, AUD, BRL, INR, CAD, CLP, MXN, PEN, TRY, VND, THB.

4.4 All betting services display your account number, your available balance and currency. Exchange rate conversions will be applied at the prevailing rate notified by the European Central Bank or the central bank of the currency issuing country.

4.5 You may fund your account by using any of the deposit methods available to you on the Website,including credit and debit cards, e-wallets and vouchers.

4.6 Deposits are processed subject to each method’s individual rates, security constraints and timing (explained in the depositing screen accessible when you log in to your account).

4.7 The minimum deposit amount is 1 unit of currency or subject to limits imposed by the payment service provider, whichever is greater

4.8 When using a payment method, you must ensure that it is registered in your name. We shall assume no liability to any third party whose means of payment you may have used.

4.9 We have the right to correct any apparent discrepancies and errors that may have been made in the funding of your account.

4.10 When you deposit through Skrill, please note that your registered email must match the one appearing on your e-wallet account. Otherwise, your player account will become locked until you contact c ustomer service and verify your identity.

4.11 You may withdraw funds from your account by using any of the withdrawal methods available to youon the Website in the Withdrawal section.

4.12 Requests for withdrawal are subject to minimum sums and currency limitations, presently being: 5 EUR, 2 USD, 1700 KZT, 25 UAH and 100 RUB for all other methods. For certain payment methods the minimum deposit amount may be different.

4.13 Withdrawal requests may be pended during security checks. We may request you to furnish additional identification documents should the previously submitted documents be insufficient. Such documents may include: a photocopy of passport, a digital photo of you holding the passport, utility bills and so forth.

4.14 If your account was funded using a payment method different from one requested for a withdrawal, we have the right to refuse such a withdrawal request in favour of the original payment method.

4.15 If you request withdrawal to an e-wallet account not previously used for deposits, we have the right to refuse such a withdrawal in favour of the previously used e-wallet account.

4.16 When crediting an account using one of one-way systems, that is, systems that cannot be withdrawn, as well as when crediting funds from bank cards and payment terminals, you are to use your entire deposit amount for betting before you request a withdrawal. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse such a withdrawal.

4.17 If you deposit with Paysafecard, we may request copies of vouchers or other confirming the legitimacy of the funds before processing your withdrawal.

4.18 During the withdrawal process we retain the right to withhold a commission of 15% from the sum of the deposits, if the gaming activity on the account is lacking or deemed to be insufficient. In sports betting, the gaming activity may be deemed insufficient when betting on odds lower than 1.6.

4.19 Should you fund your account using a one-way method that does not support payouts, we shall reserve the right to withdraw to your wallet account using the recommended payment service provider (Skrill). We also reserve the right to check if your wallet account is registered in the same name as your player account. In the case of the foregoing being different, your player account will be locked and its balance withheld.

4.20 Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to complete this transaction.

Cardholder’s responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in his or her country of domicile.

Participation of minors in offered on this website activities is prohibited.

5. Other account actions

5.1 You may close your account at any time by sending to us a written request via email. Before the account is closed, it will be cleared subject to our standard withdrawals policy, as hereabove stated.

5.2 You can set your account’s deposit and wagering limits if you wish to have better control over your own spending. The same procedure can be used to ‘self-exclude’ yourself from betting on our Website for a set time. See our Responsible Gambling Policy.

6. AML Policy

6.1 We have a strict policy against money laundering. Any criminal or rule violating activity (“Fraud”) is prohibited and may lead to the player account being closed and the funds in it forfeited.

6.2 Fraud includes, without limitation: paying with stolen or someone else’s bank cards or vouchers, using compromised e-wallet access, player collusion, false registration data, document forgery, and influencing the outcome of a sporting event through affiliation with the sports event organiser or possession of information from athletes, agents, coaches, referees, team managers, or other event participants.

6.3 We shall reserve the right to make verifications as to the origin of the funds in your player account.

6.4 We will use technical and human resources to track any suspicious activities by the following means:

  • Applying the payment constraints described in the “Managing payments” section
  • Monitoring player transactions exceeding 10,000 USD during a 24-hour period
  • Monitoring the opening of linked player accounts
  • Keeping an audit trail of changes effected on player accounts
  • Conduct additional measures to verify and confirm the identity of the account holder

6.5 We may decide to lock your account whenever we have reason to suspect that it has involvement with Fraud. Until our investigations are complete and the Fraud case is cleared, we may continue to freeze the account. In case of deciding on permanent blocking of the account for Fraud, we are entitled to withhold a commission in the amount of 5% of the amount of deposits. When returning funds, your previous withdrawals are taken into account.

6.6 Disclaimer. We may report any cases of Fraud to the Regulator or other appropriate law enforcement agencies. On doing so, we will allow them to inspect player account data for the purpose of further investigation and final ruling.

6.7 The account must be registered personally for yourself and shall not be transferable or shared.If you transfer the account to another person, you violate the terms which will lead to your player account being locked and its balance withheld.

6.8 We reserve the right to verify user’s playing activity. In some cases such verification can take up to 30 working days. During the period of verification processing payments from this account will be suspended.

6.9 We prohibit the use of programs that make automated decisions (such as robots, bots) that distort normal gameplay. Should we have reasonable suspicion that such program is being used, we reserve the right to identify the account activity as fraudulent.

6.10 If a user is suspected of cheating, we reserve the right to exclude this user from participation in the bonus program or affiliate program without explanation.

7. Privacy policy

7.1 We aim our best to ensure that at all times personal data is:

  • obtained only for a specific and lawful purpose
  • adequate, relevant and not excessive to its purpose
  • processed fairly and lawfully
  • accurate and updated
  • kept in a secure manner
  • not kept longer than is necessary for its purpose (subject to regulatory controls)

7.2 We may disclose personal data:

  • when such information is requested by the Regulator
  • when ordered to do so under legal provisions contained in the Governing Law
  • when an account comes under a fraud case investigation either by ourselves or our business associates

7.3 We do not store your bank card details and we do not sell personal data. Personal details of the player can be used by us for email and sms newsletters with suggestions and news, except for cases when the player refuses to receive this material.

7.4 We apply encrypted communications whenever personal data is transferred over the Internet. Access to all sensitive data that is stored by our system is strictly controlled through technical and operational controls.

7.5 Our customer database uses state-of-the-art cryptographic hash functions for storing player account passwords. This measure secures your account access against any possible outsider or insider attacks.

7.6 Our Websites work by using HTTP cookies for the following purposes:

  • to maintain a user session necessary to authenticate you on our servers and to accept the instructions pertaining to your account
  • to identify your preferred language and use this in the delivery of web content that you request
  • to analyze site traffic in order to work out trends and further improvements

8. Using the gaming software

8.1 You accept that our products and services are provided to you “as is” with any faults or failings, and any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee whatsoever, express or implied, excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the Governing Law.

8.2 By participating in our online games you recognize and accept the limits inherent to any connection over the Internet, and limitations of used hardware, particularly:

  • longer response times and interruption risks over remote channels
  • the importance and aspects of using secure connections (HTTPS)
  • the risks associated with computer virus infections

8.3 We shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that our system enables any player whose participation in a game was interrupted by a failure of our computer system, or the telecommunications system, or the player’s computer system, to resume, on the restoration of the system, his or her participation in the game as at the time immediately before the interruption took place.

8.4 If our computer system fails to restore the game having been interrupted, we shall (a) ensure that the game is terminated; (b) refund the wager amount to the player; c) inform the Regulator of the circumstances of the incident if it occurred through the failure of our computer system. In the event of any such system failure, our liability to you shall be limited to the wager amount.

8.5 We shall reserve the right to correct any apparent mismatches resulting from technical failures such as erroneous account transactions, and to commit any amendments necessary to reflect outside changes such as corrections to match results.

8.6 Whilst we shall do our best to ensure the stable, secure and accurate functioning of our computer system, we shall not be liable to you for:

  • any loss whatsoever arising from the use, misuse or abuse of your account or any of our products and services which are beyond our control
  • any cyber attacks or viruses affecting your computer system and impacting on your use of any of our products and services
  • the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information services such as indicative prices, fixtures, live scores, results or any statistics

8.7 You may not use automated game bending systems (known as ‘robots’) which shall be considered a form of Fraud as hereabove defined.

10. Complaints and disputes

10.1 If a player has any complaints or complaints against our company, he can contact our support service via email or chat. In order for the complaint to be processed by our professional staff as soon as possible, the player must attach to the appeal all the available information regarding the current situation.

10.2 If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints procedure, you may refer the dispute to the Regulator by sending an online complaint request at www.gamingcommission.ca. You may submit your complaint to the Regulator not less than 7 days and not more than 6 months after the date on which the complaint first arose. The Regulator’s resulting decision shall be considered final and binding on both parties.

11. Changing of terms

11.1 We retain the right to change/update the Terms unilaterally.

11.2 New Terms will come into effect from the moment of publication. You may refer to the current version of Terms and Conditions on our site.

11.3 If you continue to play on our site, we consider it to be in consent with the new version of the Terms. In any event that the player is not in agreeance with the Terms, he/she must immediately stop using our services.

N.B. Please note that any criminal or suspicious activity may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

12. Sports Bonuses

12.1 General Terms & Conditions

12.1.1 The sports bonus is a reward of bonus amount or Free Bets you receive for participating in a special sports bonus campaign.

12.1.2 This section defines general rules and participation procedures (“T&C apply”) in bonus campaigns. In addition to these T&Cs, each bonus campaign has its own unique set of conditions, such as campaign period, activation terms, and wagering requirements, which can be found on the bonus campaign.

12.1.3 Unless otherwise stated, these Terms & Conditions apply to all sports bonus campaigns.

12.1.4 LEON reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw active bonus campaigns at any time without prior notice.

12.2. Terms and Definitions

12.2.1 Main balance – balance that reflects the amount of real funds available for betting or withdrawal.

12.2.2 Bonus balance – balance that reflects the bonus amount of Free Bets received as a reward for participating in bonus campaigns.

12.2.3 Free Bet – funds credited to the user’s bonus balance. It is not possible to divide the Free Bet into separate, smaller bets. Net winnings from the Free Bet can be transferred from the Bonus balance to the Main balance after completing the wagering requirements highlighted in the T&Cs of a specific bonus campaign unless otherwise stated.

12.2.4 Net winnings – bonus funds the user receives after the Free Bet has been settled as a winning one. The amount of net winnings is calculated according to the following formula:

winnings – value of a Free Bet = net winnings.

12.2.5 Bonus amount – bonus funds that could be credited to/debited from the user’s Bonus balance. Bonus amount can be transferred from the bonus balance to the Main balance after completing the wagering requirements highlighted in the T&Cs of a specific bonus campaign unless otherwise stated. 

12.2.6 Wagering requirements – special conditions that the participants must meet to be eligible to withdraw the bonus amount or net winnings from the Bonus balance to the Main balance.

12.2.7 “My Account” – section of the website where users can view their main and Bonus balances and transaction history.

12.2.8 Bonus wagering widget – an interactive progress bar in the “My Account” section that indicates the amount that the participant needs to wager to transfer the bonus amount or net winnings from the Bonus balance to the Main balance.

12.3.  Types of Sports Bonuses

12.3.1 Fixed bonus – predetermined bonus amount that you will receive upon fulfilling the conditions of a bonus campaign.

12.3.2. X% deposit amount – bonus amount that is equal to % of the deposited amount. 
Example: a 50% deposit bonus upon making a deposit of NZ$200 will reward the participant with a 200 * 50% = NZ$100 bonus.

12.3.3 Free Bet – a complimentary bet with a specific value for betting on sports.

12.3.3.1 The value of each Free Bet is set by the T&Cs of the corresponding bonus campaign and cannot be changed or split at the participant’s discretion.

12.3.3.2 Every Free Bet has its own unique set of conditions, such as minimum and maximum odds per one event in the bet, time requirements for placing and settling the bet, or/and requirements of the sports event, which can be found in the T&Cs of the corresponding bonus campaign.

12.3.3.3 The Free Bet can be used for placing single or multiple bets on live or pre-match events from the “SPORTS,” “LIVE,” and “ESPORTS” sections. Restrictions on specific sports can be found in the T&Cs of the corresponding bonus campaign.

12.4 Sports Bonus Statuses

12.4.1 Active: the sports bonus has been credited to the Bonus balance, but wagering has not been started or completed. 

12.4.2 Wagered: wagering requirements were fully completed, and the funds from the Bonus balance can be transferred to the Main balance.

12.4.3 Canceled: the bonus has been canceled or deducted from the Bonus balance. This could happen for the following reasons:

  1. a) the wagering requirements weren’t fully completed;
  2. b) the time allotted for fulfilling the wagering requirements was completed while the bonus wasn’t fully wagered;
  3. c) the participant has violated the T&Cs of the corresponding bonus campaign;
  4. d) the participant opted out of the bonus.

12.5 Participation in Bonus Campaigns

12.5.1 To be eligible to participate in sports bonus campaigns and receive the bonus mentioned in the T&Cs of the corresponding bonus campaign, the user must complete one or more specified actions.

12.5.2 Possible actions required for obtaining sports bonus:

– Clicking the “OPT-IN” button;

– Bonus code redemption;

– Depositing funds;

– Placing one or more bets. 

*The bets must be placed on different sporting events to qualify for the bonus campaign.

Example:

If a participant places several different types of bets (for example, 1X2, Total, Odd/Even, etc.) within the same sporting event, only the bet placed first will be taken into account. All subsequent bets placed on the same sporting event will not be taken into account.

12.5.3 To decline participation in the bonus campaign and forfeit one’s Bonus balance, participants must access LEON’s website and navigate to the “My bonuses” section of their profile. From there, they can click the “Opt Out” button. It’s important to note that resetting the Bonus balance will result in losing any bonus received during the campaign and any progress made toward meeting the bonus wagering requirements.

12.5.4 By participating in a bonus campaign, users confirm that they have read and fully and unconditionally accepted the T&Cs of the corresponding bonus campaign.

12.5.5 Activation of the sports bonus occurs from the moment the user consents to participate in the bonus campaign.

12.5.6 The rules for participating in more than one bonus campaign at the same time:

Bets made according to the bonus campaign wagering requirements will be taken into account first. Once the wagering requirements have been fully met, subsequent bets will count towards the accrual of bonuses or Free Bets specified in the T&Cs of a bonus campaign;

If a bet, for any reason, does not meet the wagering requirements of an active bonus campaign, it can count towards meeting the conditions for receiving a bonus in another active campaign. However, the wagering requirements progress will not start until the previous bonus campaign wagering requirements are fully met. This principle is due to the technical nature of the iGaming platform.

12.5.7 Violation of these rules will result in the participant’s exclusion from the bonus campaign. Any bets placed using the Free Bet will not count, and the bonus amount will be deducted from the participant’s Bonus balance.

12.6. Multiplier Types for Bonus Wagering

12.6.1 Bonus amount x n – the bonus amount that should be wagered n times, using the funds from the Main balance.

Example: 
If a user received a bonus equal to NZ$100 with wagering requirements of 10x, they would need to place bets in the amount of NZ$1,000 since 100 x 10 = NZ$1,000 to transfer the bonus amount to the Main balance.

12.6.2 Free Bet amount x n – wager the amount of the received Free Bet, multiplied by n, using funds from the Main balance.

Example: 
If a user receives a Free Bet equal to NZ$20, with wagering requirements of 10x, to withdraw the net winnings previously received from usage of the Free Bet to the main balance, the participant needs to place bets in the amount of NZ$200 since 20 x 10 = NZ$200.

12.6.3 n bets – place n bets with a specified minimum bet amount for each, using the funds from the Main balance.

Example: 
To wager the bonus amount or net winnings, received as a result of using a Free Bet, participants must place a certain number of bets specified in the T&C’s of the relevant bonus campaign.

12.7 General Wagering Requirements Terms

12.7.1 Wagering of the sports bonuses can be fulfilled using the Main balance.

12.7.2 To withdraw funds from the bonus balance to the Main balance, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the determinate period, which is set from the moment of receiving the bonus and can be found in the T&Cs of the corresponding bonus campaign.

12.7.3 Wagering requirements for a Free Bet bonus campaign:

The bet must be settled as a winning one, and if it has not been canceled, sold, or re-settled at odds of 1.00, or settled at odds of 0.50 (relevant for Asian Total and Asian Handicap bets), a net win amount will be credited to the participant’s bonus balance and can’t be transferred to the Main balance until wagering requirements are fully met.

If a bet is a losing one, the Free Bet amount will be deducted from the participant’s Bonus balance automatically and will not be eligible for additional use. The bonus campaign will be closed automatically.

12.7.4 General terms and conditions for wagers that will be taken into account in the wagering process of a bonus campaign, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of a particular bonus campaign:

12.7.4.1 Only single and/or multi bets out of 2 or more LIVE and pre-match selections will be taken into account.

12.7.4.2 Only bets that include at least one selection with the odds specified in the terms and conditions of the relevant bonus campaign will be taken into account.

12.7.4.3 Only those bets that were made and settled within the specified period indicated in the terms and conditions of the respective bonus campaign are taken into account.

12.7.4.4 Only bets on events from the “SPORTS”, “LIVE” and/or “ESPORTS” sections are taken into account.

12.7.4.5 Both winning and losing bets are taken into account.

12.7.4.6 Only bets placed on different sporting events are taken into account.

12.7.4.6.1 When betting on several different markets (e.g. 1X2, Total, Even/Odd, etc.) within the same sporting event, only the bet that was placed first is taken into account. Subsequent bets on the same sporting event are not taken into account.

12.7.4.7 A bet is not taken into account if it was canceled, sold, recalculated with odds of 1.00, or settled with odds of 0.50 (relevant for Asian Total and Asian Handicap bets).

12.7.5 After fulfilling the wagering requirements bonus amount or net winnings from the Free Bet, the participant will be able to transfer the bonus or net winnings to the main balance. The participant should click the “Claim” button next to the bonus balance in the “My Account” section or the corresponding bonus campaign.

12.7.6 LEON reserves the right to deduct wagered bonus funds if the participant has not used them (that is, has not clicked on the “Claim” button in “My account”) within 30 days from the moment of wagering the bonus unless otherwise specified in the T&Cs of the bonus campaign.

12.7.7 If the wagering of the bonus was not completed in accordance with the T&Cs of a bonus campaign, LEON has the right to deduct all bonus funds from the bonus balance, as well as the net winnings received from the Free Bet, after the period allotted for the wagering of the bonus.

12.8 Bonus Abuse

12.8.1 Any bonuses received during this campaign are limited to one per client, household, registration address, e-mail, or IP address. We reserve the right to terminate or hide the bonus campaign at any time and immediately terminate the player account should we suspect bonus abuse has occurred.

12.8.2 Withdrawal of real money generated as a result of the bonus wagering is a valid reason for account verification. If the verification fails, the withdrawal request will be declined.

12.8.3 LEON reserves the right to check the account history of the campaign participants. Any attempt to abuse the campaign can result in disqualification.

12.8.4 LEON reserves the right to terminate or amend the T&C of bonus campaigns at any time without prior notice and also deduct the bonus funds or winnings received as a result of such bets.

12.8.5 In the event of abuse or attempting to abuse the bonus or other rewards or taking advantage of lack of necessary information in these Terms, LEON reserves the right to deny, withhold or withdraw the user from any bonus or other rewards. LEON may, at its sole discretion, rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, terminate the user’s access to some or all website services, or block the user’s account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund any balance that may be in the accounts of such a user, including the original deposit amount.

12.8.6 By participating in the bonus campaigns, you automatically agree with LEON’s General Terms and Conditions.

12.8.7 All disputes related to the rights of participation in the bonus campaigns and all issues related to the receipt of the prizes are resolved by the management of LEON. This decision is binding and not subject to appeal by players or any third party.

13. Sports Promotions

13.1.1 Sports promotion – an exclusive promotion that takes place only on the LEON website and is available exclusively to LEON users. Winners are determined by counting points and are displayed in the leaderboard of the corresponding promotion. The number of prizes varies depending on the T&Cs of the specific sports promotion.

13.1.2 This section defines General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) for participation in sports promotions. In addition to these Terms, each sports promotion has its own unique set of rules, such as promotional period, activation terms, scoring mechanics, and prize pool, which is mentioned in the T&Cs of the corresponding sports promotion.

13.1.3 Unless otherwise stated, these Terms & Conditions apply to all sports promotions.

13.1.4 LEON reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel active sports promotions at any time without prior notice.

13.2 Participation in Sports Promotions 

13.2.1. To be eligible to take part in a specific sports promotion, one must complete one or more actions aimed at participating in a promotion. These are mentioned in the T&Cs of the sports promotion.

13.2.2 Only one account can be opened per user. If duplicate accounts of the same users are found, bets placed from these accounts will not be taken into account when determining the results of the promotion.

13.2.3 For sports promotions, only bets made using funds from a participant’s Main balance are taken into account. Bets made using funds from the Bonus balance do not count toward sports promotions.

13.2.4 If several participants accumulate the same number of points, the participant who scores the points first will take the higher place.

13.2.5 Leaderboards are displayed on the corresponding sports promotion’s page and are updated in real-time.

13.2.6 A certain number of promotion participants who score the most points will become the winners of sports promotions. The number of winners and the order of prize distribution are unique for each sports promotion. You can find it on the page of a corresponding sports promotion.

13.2.7 By taking part in sports promotions, the participant automatically agrees with LEON’s General Terms and Conditions.

13.2.8 By taking part in sports promotions, the winner automatically agrees that their name and photographs could be published on the LEON website and blogs, as well as in marketing materials and PR campaigns of LEON.

13.2.9 All disputes related to the rights of participation in sports promotion, and all issues related to the receipt of the prizes are resolved by the management of LEON. This decision is binding and not subject to appeal by players or any third party.

13.3 Rules for Determining the Winners and Distribution of Prizes

13.3.1 The winners of every sports promotion will be determined by counting points for bets made in accordance with the conditions of the corresponding sports promotion.

13.3.2 In the next 240 hours after determining the winners’ list, LEON’s representative will contact every winner of the sports promotion. LEON representatives will contact the winners via phone or email, which were used when registering an account with LEON. The prizes will be credited automatically.

13.3.3 Types of prizes in sports promotions:

13.3.3.1 Cash prizes are prizes that do not require wagering and can be used for either betting or withdrawal.

13.3.3.2 Free Spins are bets that can be used on a specific casino slot, with a fixed value for each spin. They must be used within 7 days from the moment these are credited. All winnings received as a result of using the Free Spins will be credited to the main balance.

13.3.3.3 Free Bets are bets that have a unique set of conditions, which can be found in the T&Cs of the corresponding sports promotion. If the Free Bet is settled as a winning one, the winner will be able to transfer the net winnings to the main balance.

13.3.4 The prize pool of any sports promotion is set in the currency of the participant’s account and is displayed on the leaderboard or T&Cs of the corresponding sports promotion.
